The 2nd annual Wild Food Summer School will be held in Killedmond ,Borris Co Carlow in September 2015.
Book your tickets here for the September 11th, 12th, 13th 2015 Wild Food Summer School which we believe is a first in Ireland will be held at the Old Rectory, Killedmond, Borris, Co. Carlow.
We will have three days of foraging, debate, cook ups, great talks.
We will also have lots of food stalls, recycling workshops and a great panel of guest speakers from John and Sally McKenna, Duncan Stewart, Dr. Liam Lysaght, Trevor Sargent and more.
