We run Eco Trails, Guided Hikes, Workshops, Foraging, The Foraging Hen Events – Elegant Hen Parties for Elegant Brides, Teachers Courses, School Visits Childrens Trails and Fun in the Wild!

Foraging Workshops on   

April 12 th,  May 16th,  June 13th,   July 11th,   Aug 22nd

These full day , hands on workshops (10.30 am to 4.00 pm ) where you learn about wild safe food with foraging and cooking up what we find .Includes a three course organic lunch and information sheets .
A Children’s Foraging Workshop will take place on August 15’th

Wild Herbal Workshops

 March 28th, July 4th.

Full day workshoppm )  run by a fully qualified herbalist who s (10.30 am to 4.00 identifies wild herbs and makes them into herbal remedies which will cure many common ailments. Includes a three course organic lunch and information sheets.

Celtic Tree Trails

  April 19th, May 9th, May 30th,June 7th

Learn about Irelands Native Trees and their importance to our Celtic forbears.We will introduce you to the secrets of the Celtic Tree Alphabet on our tour through the woods

Wild Fungi Workshops

  Sept 5th, Sept 26th  Oct 10th

Full Day Workshops (10.30 am to 4.00 pm ) to learn about the amazing world of fungi; learn what is safe to eat and what is not. Get to know these wild fungi  in broadleaf woods and in coniferous woods. Information sheets and recipes supplied.
Day includes a full three course organic lunch.

WILD FOOD SUMMER SCHOOL

Three days of foraging, talks, cook ups, debates,celebrity chefs,15 Minute Soap Box Talks demonstrations and stalls  to tempt you.
